How to connect an order model |
To connect one or more orders models to one or more instruments, one must first ascertain which Nordnet account to be used. Select the desired account in the drop bar on the toolbar: Then open the Order dialog and select the Configure automatic orders tab to open the following: In the example above, the order model Stoploss Mini long is selected, and will be connected to ABB, ALIVsdb, BOL and ERIC B. To perform the connection, click Connect selected models to selected instruments, connecting the selected model(s) to the selected instrument(s).

How to disconnect an order model |
To disconnect a model from an instrument, you mark the first current model, then uncheck it off the instruments no longer to be connected to the order model. Example below where we unchecked ABB and ALIVsdb from the example above: When we click on the Confirm button the selected model (s) will be released from the instrument(s). In order to quickly disconnect all instruments connected to a specific model, select the model and then click Release all connections. All connections are unchecked, and you agree by clicking Confirm. |
How to connect multiple order models simultaniously |
It's quick and easy to connect several order models to a selection of instruments. Select the first model to connect, check the Connect multiple models. Tick the remaining models to connect and mark all the instruments that these models should be linked to. Click Connect to connect the selected model (s) to the selected instruments. |
Quick connection of order models |
You can quickly connect one or several order models directly from an instrument list or a chart by right clicking and selecting Configure order model connectrions A new dialog will appear where the account and instrument is already seleced. The account that will be connected is the one displayed in the tool strip, and the instrument will be the one you right click from. Check the boxes for the order models you want to connect and confirm by clicking on Apply connections. |
