Terms and conditions

1. Nature of the Service

Autostock provides live trade signals (entry, exit, and related information) delivered exclusively through Telegram. This is a non-critical informational service. The signals are for the Client’s personal use only. Autostock does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or any form of regulated financial advice. The Client remains solely responsible for all trading decisions, risk management, and any resulting profits or losses.

2. License and Restrictions on Use

The signals and all related content are licensed to the Client for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Client is not permitted to:

• share, forward, copy, or distribute the signals to any third party;
• use the signals in any commercial manner (including resale, inclusion in another paid service, managed accounts for others, or public posting);
• reverse-engineer or attempt to extract underlying strategies for commercial purposes.

Any breach of this restriction may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund and may give rise to further legal action.

3. Changes to Strategies and Signals

Autostock may alter, upgrade, replace, or discontinue any strategy or signal at any time when it detects changing market conditions or for operational reasons. Material changes will normally be communicated via the Telegram channel or by email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated strategies.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Client acknowledges that historic or past results are not a guarantee (or reliable indicator) of future profits. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. Autostock makes no representation or warranty that any signal will be profitable. Past performance data, if shown, is provided for informational purposes only.

5. Subscription, Cancellation by the Client, and Refunds

The Client may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period (or immediately if the platform allows).

Already paid amounts are non-refundable, except that any promotional discount applied to the first month may be handled according to the specific terms of that promotion (as stated at the time of purchase).

Access to the Telegram signal channel will be removed after the effective cancellation date.

6. Suspension or Termination by Autostock

Autostock reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel a Client’s subscription and access to the signals, without refund, in cases of:

• improper use (including but not limited to sharing signals, commercial exploitation, account sharing, abusive behaviour, or attempts to circumvent technical or contractual restrictions);
• breach of these Terms;
• legal, regulatory, or operational reasons; or
• similar events that, in Autostock’s reasonable judgment, justify termination.

Autostock will normally notify the Client of the reason for termination when practicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autostock shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the signals. The service is provided “as is.”
